Find the Right Beginner Parkour Class

Pre-K (Ages 4-6)
Our Pre-K beginner classes use play-based activities to build balance, coordination, body awareness, and confidence. Coaches guide kids through obstacle challenges, movement games, jumping, climbing, and rolling in a fun class built for exploration.

Youth (Ages 7-12)
Youth beginner classes help students develop strength, balance, flexibility, and control while learning foundational parkour skills. Coaches guide students through safe challenges that build confidence, focus, and problem-solving.

Teen + Adult (Ages 13+)
Teen and adult beginner classes make fitness fun through running, jumping, climbing, hanging, swinging, and full-body movement. Students build athleticism and confidence in a welcoming community with experienced coaches.

We accept kids as young as 4 years old. Each of our sessions are split up by both AGE and SKILL level.

Definitely! Our classes cater to all individuals, regardless of experience level. We adopt a gradual progression approach, ensuring you never feel overwhelmed. Our aim is to expand the reach of parkour, and our program is tailored to be inclusive and welcoming to beginners. We encourage everyone to attend our Trial Class, during which the instructor will guide you through the subsequent stages of your journey.
The facility is designed to prepare you for any environment and provide a controlled learning environment. As such, we teach our students to learn how to assess risk and you learn their limits, as we believe relying on padding does more harm than good (there’s no padding in the real world!). It is our job to teach you to keep yourself safe with proper movements and techniques.
Dress for movement and play. Athletic clothes like a T-shirt and shorts are great, and closed-toe shoes are required. No sandals or Crocs, and rubber sole shoes are preferred.
If it is hot or cold out, dress for the weather, as the gym space may be warm or cool depending on the outside temperature.
