- Referral Incentives may only be rewarded if submitted via referral form.
- Rewards only eligible for new members.
- The $50 credit for the referrer and waived registration fee for the new member are available only when the referred friend signs up for a membership.
- Qualifying Referral: A qualifying referral is someone who has not been a member of Swift Movement in the last 12 months and signs up for a membership after attending a trial class.
- Per Family Credit: The referral credit is awarded per family that signs up through your referral, regardless of the number of family members joining.
- Reward Limitations: Credits cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used within 6 months from the date of issue. Credits are non-transferable. Credits cannot be used for tuition.
- Multiple Referrals: If a new member is referred by multiple existing members, the reward will only be given to the referring member whose form was submitted first.
- Program Changes and Termination: Swift Movement reserves the right to change, alter, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
- Privacy: Personal information collected through the referral program will be used solely for the purposes of administering the program and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
