Summary: Beginner level parkour classes that develop agility, balance, control, strength and fundamental techniques for Parkour. Jump, Swing, Climb, Roll, and more!

Youth ages 5-15
Teen/Adult ages 15+

Skill Level: Trial Lesson Required

Summary: A combination of freerunning, tumbling, trampoline, tricking, and more to provide a full approach on how to flip and combine stylistic moves that you can apply in any environment!

 Skill Level: Trial Lesson Required, Parkour class recommended

  • Summary: A class focused on fun playing different games chosen by referee/instructor and students! Tag, dodgeball, capture the flag, etc.
  • Age: 7-15

Prerequisites: Attend Orientation

 

  • Summary: This is a VERY introductory class for children to build coordination, confidence, and learn how to safely traverse an area. This focuses on balance, awareness, running, jumps, and climbing skills. Parent participation is encouraged, as we explain how to best assist/spot them so that you can help them learn on their own safely. 
  • Age: 3-6

 

Summary: Builds on skills you learn from beginner classes, teaches you to weigh mental and physical aspects of the sport, and shows you how to combine harder skills. You must have a level 2 skill band or instructor approval to join.

Age: This is a combined class for all ages that have completed the prerequisite skills

Prerequisites: Level 2 Skills Test Completed

Summary: Adult circuit based group fitness class that focuses on exercising in a unique environment by working through a combination of fitness-oriented challenges and exercises. This class helps you to improve overall fitness, strength, stamina, coordination, and confidence. Great for those looking for a unique way to be active! 

Age: 16+

Skill Level: No Experience

Compliments: Parkour, Acrobatics

Combines the dynamic wisdom of acrobatics, the awareness, breath and balance of yoga and helps to develop trust and friendship with others. It’s a form of partner based yoga that increases flexibility, strength, and builds confidence by learning new skills and overcoming challenges. This 60 minute class will teach you basic movements and help you progress toward more advanced flows. No partner or experience required!

This class adds a twist to traditional yoga by focusing on strength and flexibility and helping each individual find fun in challenging their mobility. A portion of each class focuses on standing balance and handbalancing skills.

Recommended ages 10+

ALL skill levels welcome and NO experience is required! “Get Bent” Through the use of active, dynamic, static, and PNF flexibility training methods, students will be able to take their flexibility goals to the next level! Weather you are looking to gain better functional movement over all, push your aerial flexibility to the next level, or everything in between this class is for you! Each 55 minute class will focus on one to two muscle groups after an active warm-up.

We partner with Elevated Aerials to provide instruction to learn the art of performance in the air on suspended apparatus.

We have something for ALL skill levels, no experience is necessary! We teach ages 12+ and welcome everyone – of all genders, races, shapes and sizes to come give aerials a try.

Make use of the facility to train on your own or with friends, practicing skills you learned in classes.

Train on your own or with friends, practicing skills you learned in classes. This time is to improve your skills, not play games or just do whatever.

During open gym you can:

  • Complete your skill card for level testing!
  • Build a more efficient body using our workout area (squat rack, mobility balls, and other fitness equipment)
  • Mini Trampoline or EuroTramp
  • Tumbling/Tricking on the spring floor

*Requires prior attendance

This session is available for our students most dedicated to their personal training and growth. 

This session is lightly supervised as it takes place during other classes. You will have limited access to the facility as the classes will take precedence

MUST HAVE COMPLETED LVL 2 SKILL BAND OR BE APPROVED BY INSTRUCTOR.

Additional Parkour Programs

We offer several programs that are built on our years of parkour experience. These range from simple workshops or camps for students, to ongoing training with athletes looking to increase spatial awareness, agility, confidence in movement, falls/recovery and more. There are no prerequisites to these programs.

    • Weekly 2 hour Training sessions for athletic teams. These sessions will focus on the following topics: Falling/Recovery, Mastering Momentum, Body Control, Benefits of Ambi-Learning.

  • After School Programs

    • A mix of parkour lessons and fun games to keep kids active and entertained! These are available in the studio or onsite

  • HomeSchool Programs

    • We offer parkour classes and activities for home school groups!

  • Seasonal Camps

    • Camps provide a fun way to discover parkour. Participants will learn a variety of basic parkour skills, play fun games that utilize those skills like Floor is Lava, and gain confidence while making friends.

    • The Parkour community has always been open and accepting to all who want to learn. These are free sessions to help our community grow and take place around the city! Check the calendar for info on weekly meetups and follow our social media pages for updates!

  • Performances

    • Liven up any event with a parkour performance! Our staff has worked on numerous events and performances and are prepared to help design and execute whatever you can imagine.
