What ages do you accept?

We accept kids as young as 4 years old. Each of our sessions are split up by both AGE and SKILL level.

We have weekly sessions for:

  • 4-6 Kids
  • 7-14 Kids and Teens
  • 15+ Teens and Adults
I've never done anything like this before, can I still do it?

Definitely! Our classes cater to all individuals, regardless of experience level. We adopt a gradual progression approach, ensuring you never feel overwhelmed. Our aim is to expand the reach of parkour, and our program is tailored to be inclusive and welcoming to beginners. We encourage everyone to attend our Trial Class, during which the instructor will guide you through the subsequent stages of your journey.

Is the facility safe?

The facility is designed to prepare you for any environment and provide a controlled learning environment.  As such, we teach our students to learn how to assess risk and you learn their limits, as we believe relying on padding does more harm than good (there’s no padding in the real world!). It is our job to teach you to keep yourself safe with proper movements and techniques.

What should I wear/bring?

Dress for movement and play! Athletic Clothes like tshirt, shorts, and closed-toe athletic shoes are all you need! 


If it’s hot or cold out, dress for the weather as the gym space may be warm or cool depending on the outside temperature.

I don't like sports, will I like parkour?

It’s a familiar scenario – some students don’t connect with traditional sports and end up feeling uninspired, turning to excessive screen time at home. At Swift, parkour feels like a real-life video game! Without the daunting rules and expectations of conventional sports, kids and adults alike explore new ways of using their bodies, thriving as they climb, swing, flip, and more.
