Summer Camp Cancellation & Refund Policy

Swift Movement understands that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of a summer camp registration. This policy is intended to provide clarity and fairness for all participants.

 

1. Cancellation Requests

1.1 All cancellation requests must be submitted through the Swift Movement help form at https://swift-movement.com/help

1.2 Requests should include the participant name, camp session details, and reason for cancellation.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Refunds and credits are based on how far in advance the cancellation request is received.

2.2 Cancellations made 30 or more days before the start of the registered camp session are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee. Account credit is preferred, and refunds to the original payment method will be issued upon request.

2.3 Cancellations made 15 to 30 days before the start of the camp session are eligible for either full account credit, valid for Swift memberships or other services, or a 50% refund of the registration fee.

2.4 Cancellations made within 14 days of the start of the camp session are eligible for a 50% account credit. No direct refunds will be issued.

 

3. Camp Canceled by Swift Movement

3.1 If a camp is canceled by Swift Movement due to low registration, facility issues, or other circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

 

4. Camp Transfers

4.1 Transfer requests will be accommodated whenever possible based on availability.

4.2 Transfer requests made at least 30 days before the original camp session start date may be completed free of charge.

4.3 Transfer requests made within 30 days of the original camp session start date may be subject to an administrative fee.

 

5. No-Show or Early Departure

5.1 Participants who fail to attend their registered camp session without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

5.2 No-shows are not eligible for refunds or transfers.

5.3 If a participant leaves a camp session early, no refund or credit will be issued.

 

6. Exceptional Circumstances

6.1 Extenuating circumstances, including medical emergencies and other unavoidable situations, may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

7. Refund Processing

7.1 Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and returned to the original payment method unless account credit is selected.

 

8. Acknowledgment

8.1 By proceeding with registration, participants and guardians acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy.
