Parkour or Flips?
Most people should start with Parkour. If flips are the part you are most excited about, Flips can also be a great first class. If you are unsure, we will help you choose.
Parkour is usually the stronger first step for general fitness, movement confidence, and full-body coordination. It scales well, meets beginners where they are, and gives you more ways to succeed on day one.
If you are worried you are too out of shape, this is usually the right class to start with.
Start with Flips if aerial skills are what genuinely excite you most. You can begin as a true beginner, but it usually helps to come in expecting a slightly more demanding entry point than Parkour.
If you are unsure, tell us what sounds fun and we will point you to the right first class.
