Summary: Combines flexibility, balance, stability, and strength exercises that increase the range of movements and motions your body can perform. The class goes through a range of full body mobility exercises, foam rolling, and other active mobility techniques focused on increasing flexibility, building strength through stability, and preventing injury. This is a great option for parents or active adults who are looking for ways to be more functionally fit. It’s also great for athletes who need to slow down and improve their recovery habits.

Summary: Adult circuit based group fitness class that focuses on exercising in a unique environment by working through a combination of fitness-oriented challenges and exercises. This class helps you to improve overall fitness, strength, stamina, coordination, and confidence. Great for those looking for a unique way to be active!

Summary: Combines the dynamic wisdom of acrobatics, the awareness, breath and balance of yoga and helps to develop trust and friendship with others. It’s a form of partner based yoga that increases flexibility, strength, and builds confidence by learning new skills and overcoming challenges. This 60 minute class will teach you basic movements and help you progress toward more advanced flows. No partner or experience required!

Summary: This class adds a twist to traditional yoga by focusing on strength and flexibility and helping each individual find fun in challenging their mobility. A portion of each class focuses on standing balance and hand balancing skills.

Summary: Joe leads a 30 minute weekly splits routine covering front split, middle split, and pancake.

Summary: Rings is a 60 minute session focused on a fun and dynamic workout that utilizes suspended rings to improve overall fitness and target different muscle groups. Suitable for all fitness levels with modifications provided. Works towards skills like front lever, back lever, meathook, muscle up, and others.

Prerequisite: Recommended to be able to hang for 5 seconds.
Summary: This class uses techniques from Yoga and Calisthenics to progress through headstand, forearm stand, and handstand.
Joe is a certified Yoga instructor and has been on a personal handstand journey to improve his inversions and hand balancing.

Prerequisite: Recommended to be able to do a somersault.
Summary:
- Beginner: Develop agility, balance, control, strength and fundamental techniques for Parkour. Jump, swing, climb, roll, and more!
- Intermediate: Builds on skills you learn from beginner classes, teaches you to weigh mental and physical aspects of the sport, and shows you how to combine harder skills.
- Advanced: Builds on skills you learn from beginner and intermediate classes, teaches you to weigh the mental and physical aspects of the sport, and shows you how to combine harder skills.

Summary: Learn the essentials of flipping and acrobatics. This class cycles focusing on Front Flip, Side Flip, and Back Flip.

Open Gym Sessions
Looking for a space to practice your own exercises, flow arts, or other skills? Ask about our open training sessions
Train on your own or with friends, practicing skills you learned in classes. This time is to improve your skills, not play games or just do whatever.
During open gym you can:
- Complete your skill card for level testing!
- Build a more efficient body using our workout area (squat rack, mobility balls, and other fitness equipment)
- Mini Trampoline or EuroTramp
- Tumbling/Tricking on the spring floor
*Requires prior attendance
This session is available for our students most dedicated to their personal training and growth.
This session is lightly supervised as it takes place during other classes. You will have limited access to the facility as the classes will take precedence
MUST HAVE COMPLETED LVL 3 (BLACK) SKILL BAND OR BE APPROVED BY INSTRUCTOR.
