Eligibility:

1. Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/legal guardian consent to enter the contest if under 18.
2. The contest is open to residents of the United States.
3. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Swift Movement are not eligible to participate.

Entry Requirements:

4. The contest begins on November 15th, 2023, and ends on December 15th, 2023. Entries submitted after the end date will not be considered.
5. To enter, participants must:

   – Follow Swift Movement on Instagram @swiftmovementstudio.

   – Create and post a video or photo on their personal Instagram account showcasing themselves engaging in parkour or related exercises, using the contest’s unique hashtag, #SwiftMovesDaily.

   – Tag Swift Movement’s official Instagram account [@swiftmovementstudio].

   – Ensure their Instagram account is set to ‘public’ during the contest period, so entries can be viewed.

6. Each participant is limited to one entry per day.

Content Guidelines:

7. Entries must be original, created by the participant, and free from copyrighted material. Participants must have the rights to any music, images, or content included in their entry.
8. Content should be appropriate, respectful, and in compliance with Instagram’s terms of service.
9. Swift Movement reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet these content guidelines.

Winner Selection:

10. One grand prize raffle winner will be selected randomly by December 18th, 2023, from the pool of participants who submitted at least one qualifying post.

Prizes:

11. Grand Prize: The grand prize winner will have the option to choose one of three higher-value items:

• 6 session bundle of 2 Person Private lessons ($500 Value)
• A Two Hour Company Outing, Birthday Party, or Private Event at Swift for up to 20 participants ($400 value)
• 1 Week of Summer or Winter #CampSwift ($275 value)

12. Lanyard: All participants who meet the 3-post minimum are eligible to pick up a lanyard at Swift Movement Studio by Jan 31, 2024! Hereafter, they are no longer eligible to redeem the prize

Notification:

13. Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram. The grand prize winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in disqualification and the selection of a new winner.

Privacy and Rights:

14. By entering the contest, participants grant Swift Movement the right to reuse and feature their contest entry content for promotional purposes.

General Conditions:

15. Swift Movement reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
16. By participating in the contest, participants agree to comply with all contest rules and regulations.
17. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
