  • June 12-16 and June 19-23 we will offer half and full day summer camps. Campers will refine their jumping, vaulting, climbing, rolling, and flipping skills before applying them to different games. These games are disguised full of lessons to test their newly practiced skill sets, build self-esteem and confidence, gain resiliency, work as a team with their peers, learn to accept guidance, and take independent steps for success!
  • Swift will be CLOSED May 25-29th (Memorial Day Weekend) as Matt and Seth will be attending and presenting seminars at Beast Coast. This is American Parkour's annual parkour jam in Washington DC with over 500 attendees. It is an amazing event with athletes from around the world teaching and training together. What Kind of shape do I need to be in?

A typical sports physical is suggested to ensure that you’re up for the activity but assuming that’s a go you can start there! Join us for a beginner class and we'll help you learn to get fit by having fun!

What Do I need to bring?

One of the greatest things is that there’s no equipment necessary to get started for parkour.

  • Rubber soled running or athletic shoes
  • Athletic Clothes (Suitable for current outdoor temperature, always have layers)
  • Water Bottle
  • Filled out the Online Waiver


Every body is different so that being said Parkour will come naturally to some within a degree. Others may need to work a bit harder but EVERYONE is capable of doing Parkour in one form or another. Each person will have their own style unique to them.

Do I need to sign in ahead of time?

Yes, either through the Mindbody Android / iOS app or through Mindbody Online

The dream is to create a single facility with the simple goal of teaching MOVEMENT and achieving fitness through movement. I had seen the workout gym cycle; Person signs up, works out hard for a few months then drops it. Why is that? Hmm I realized its because there is no goal. You show up, you do what you feel you should do and then you get bored. Behind Swift there is always a goal, a progression, a next step or a different program with a new movement to master. Then the dream began, starting in late 2011 Matt began teaching Parkour at Top Flight Gymnastics as “Swift Movement Studio”. October 2nd, 2015 the dream is alive; Swift Movement Studio had its Grand Opening. Seth and Matt worked hard for months to imagine, design, and build Cincinnati’s first dedicated Parkour and Movement facility.
